Gold Panning: Grab a dirt bucket, wash the dirt through the pans in our 40` water flume to uncover the gems just like real mining prospectors do. Great fun for all the family. Everyone finds something and you even get to keep your gems.

Deer Park and Wildlife Discovery Garden: Come face to face with Britain ’s largest wild land mammal close up in our Red Deer park at the lodge. These amazing animals really are Monarch of the Glens.

Our Wildlife discovery garden is fun for young and old alike with the Pond viewing platform where you can see amazing aquatic life such as dragonflies and diving beetles, search for your favourite birds in our bird feeding area. Discover lots of touch and feel boxes and loads of stones to be turned over in the hunt for mini beasties.

Play area and Tepee: Fun for the kids whilst you watch from the comfort of indoors.

Gift Shop: Exciting array of gem jewellery ,toys from the natural world to inspire and a great selection of organic meats and foodstuffs in our farm shop.

Café: Enjoy our selection of home made soups, cakes scones and snacks with superb views down the Appin valley.

Interpretation Room: Filled with spectacular pictures of our Highland Wildlife and an amazing audio visual display which brings the hills and forests alive. We also have a large relief map of the area showing where our safaris go and also the old mine workings in the area.
